Company is investing in technology innovations, which is good to see. In-office team is fun, friendly people.

Cons

Onboarding process is atrocious, some of the middle managers are rude and condescending, and some teams are very disorganized.

Both of the concerns you mentioned are focus areas planned for this year. We are working to ensure that our onboarding experience is welcoming while also ensuring that no matter where someone joins us from, they receive the tools and information they need to feel supported.
