As one of our alumni, we are disappointed you felt this way. Our Managers and Directors have an open-door policy. It is unfortunate you felt you were not able to express your concerns while employed by us. We will enhance the open door policy communication.
It is always our goal to provide our staff with meaningful opportunities to learn and grow. Additionally, employee feedback is always welcome, as continual improvement is essential to the growth of our employees and our company. We continuously review and monitor our compensation and benefits to be as competitive as possible in our industry.
Over the past year, our personnel have put significant effort into cultivating and growing our Employee Engagement Group (EEG) to provide meaningful professional opportunities for employees inside and outside of work. The EEG has created a role for an on-site liaison at each remote work site to be sure remote employees feel as much a part of our culture as our in-house employees. We have also boosted our Coaching and Mentoring program to connect with employees when employed and before their first day at work.
Given our industry, type of work, and clientele, integrity is of utmost importance. We were confused about that comment; however, we will look at how we can improve. If you felt that way, there is something we can do better. Our leaders are also AICPA approved ethics instructors so we will talk with them about how we may improve our communication in this regard.
We also focus on work-life harmony and do not have official busy season minimum hours like many of our competitors. Our industry and clients are demanding and, at times, we have to react to address our clients. Through our efforts, we help bolster federal cyber security and federal financial management.
We appreciate your feedback, and again, we regret we were not able to help you meet your expectations. We will continue to learn, improve, and do better.
