Don't work there. You'll regret it!! Worst company I ever worked for and I'm not alone in this opinion. Executives are narscissistic, egomaniacs that get away with whatever they want, and are highly incompetent at running a business. They lie. They threaten to blackball you in the industry if you speak the truth about this horrible company. They cheat. They cover up. The worst one is their CEO who still says he owns the company. (Equity partners own 75%). They don't make good decisions. They dont follow rules, but expect staff to do so. They set unrealistic goals and demanding workloads impossible to meet. They offer no support, just blame. No way to keep up b/c technology is old and most work has to be done manually. Complaints and suggestions for improvement fall on deaf ears. They have no desire to be cutting edge. People don't stay long. You have to be in the "good ol boys clique" to be acknowledged. If you're not in that group, plan to be ignored, mistreated, demeaned, disrespected, blamed and humiliated. If you want respect for your skills and efforts, go somewhere else. You'll never find it here.
