Pros

Very much the Adobe consulting outside of Adobe, some very big and challenging design projects, getting great people in the organization. The company is selective of the work it undertakes to ensure it retains the best talent and enable them to work on great projects. have avoided the failings of many in the industry of being a jack of all trades business -- RMA is clear that it focuses on helping its clients slve complex business problems through the use of Design based innovation. -- So its not a marketing, brand or website agency.

Cons

not yet got the brand name in the market but getting more widely known.

Pros

- Some great people - the UX and UI designers, the Commercial team, the Office manager. - Great office, and plans to move to an even bigger/ better one - Amazing weekend at a spa for perm employees - A few great leaders, who are truly inspirational to other employees - Good client projects - Skilled group of people - A lovely group of people (with a few exceptions) from the lovely owners, to the contractors who may only be employed for 1 project. The recruitment process is thorough and people generally get on well. - It can be useful and interesting to be part of the larger NTT Group - Great work/life balance most of the time. People started and left at reasonable times.

Cons

- Is it an agency or a corporation? It has the funky office and free snacks, great coffee etc, but is run by a senior team who don't have a large corporate background and can't quite grasp the agency culture. That leads to some frustration. I don't just mean the perks, I mean they want to hold on to hierarchy and control - and this restricts innovation. - There were some people who demanded respect because they were senior - they did not earn it though. I saw them make juniors cry with their unhelpful, critical feedback. It wasn't even constructive - just on a power trip.

Pros

Mainly the people - very high quality but not arrogant. The atmosphere here is relaxed and respectful, but also fun - the founders set the tone. Being a small part of a large group, we can get things done quickly and aren't slowed down by being more integrated.

Cons

Not many - sometimes we run out of chocolate! We're busy and growing fast, so there's pressure in the business but it's a good problem to have.
