Pros

• People / colleagues on the same level / project are friendly and helpful (some lead also friendly)

Cons

• MD has no direction • Getting more and more micromanagement, like forced only able to leave at 6pm • Messy HR policy that keeps changing, even change back to the oldways • A lot of internal dramas & backstabbing between Management and normal employee like us • No bonus / 13 months salary and keep on making empty promises just like pie in the sky • No increment or performance review nor even career growth • Use high salary to hire staff that doesn't help much to either the company or staff, and we the staff work hard that given underpaid salary • Only few benefits

Pros

People in project is good and nice.

Cons

No Bonus but keep on promoting bonus that never be happens. HR Policy is messy and keep on changing. Purpose of policy only focus to find others bad but not to grow the company. HR and management team keep on talk bad about people but not talk to the owner of their topic. Bad communication. No clear direction and waste of time. Toxic culture. Draw big dream that will never happen. Some staff that are being favourite no need to do work and have double standard to the people on the treats. Underpaid on staff salary but expect high from staff.

Pros

- Colleagues at the same level can be supportive and hardworking. - Nothing much beyond that.

Cons

- Leadership is toxic and manipulative. The MD plays politics, pits employees against each other, and blames staff for his own failures. - No direction. No clear strategy. - Unfair HR practices. New contracts are forced midway with unreasonable terms - Nepotism & favoritism. Unqualified people with connections are given high salaries and zero accountability, while hardworking staff are underpaid and blamed. - Career destruction zone. Talented employees are eventually demotivated, manipulated, and used as scapegoats until they resign.
