      Private Equity Ownership and poor C suite leadership. The organization is challenged by its own leadership issues.

      Pros

      Laid back environment. That's it. But even that's pushing it. Nice facility? Close to the interstate. Good parking. They are basically awful.

      Cons

      Management works against each other constantly. Company culture is boys club & HR is non-existent. No loyalty to employees & terrible sexism.

      Tone deaf leadership at the top level focused more on self preservation than actually building a world class marketing organization. Private equity. Benefits.
