Pros

If its broken, get it fixed is their take on facilities management. Bee Block gaming and reward site for the employees.

Cons

They are 100% money. Not a take care of the staff so they will take care of the customers kind of business. They've lost sight of the brand. Noone following up, keeping honest people honest. DOs not seen in markets for weeks. They have staff, managers, gms, dos all walking on eggshells.

Pros

absolutely none whatsoever. keeps going downhill.

Cons

when RMH took over for Applebees, they took about 90% of the bonus plan we had before with no salary adjustment. Now they are hiring new managers for more than they pay the tenured managers.

Corporate has to many guidelines upper management micro managing all negative no positive fees back doesn’t want to pay until you threaten to leave
