      Pros

      The Co-workers are nice, nice bakery shop in building, you get to leave early some days. PTO perks, Holiday parties.

      Cons

      The pay is less than average. Benefits are terrible or what i should say is "what benefits?". Mgmt does not listen to their employees at all.

      Company works for many great nonprofits. Company is very transparent and open to suggestions. Company is willing and open to create new business ventures and work on digital presence.
