This company do NOT care about their employees at all. They always require their employees to do way more than what they get paid for. This company does not have any structure, or a training system. They expect new employees to know everything when they start the job. They blame their employees for not overworking enough. They often say "f-word" in the work place, and even call their employees "childish" when the employees try to express their concerns or frustration about overworking. They often take advantage of "at-will" employment relationship and fire their employees. They never appreciate people's hard work. They have no heart - if you want to work as a human being, not an animal, do NOT work for this company.
