      Pros

      Not many, clients are great after you establish a relationship with them. Great people within the sales team and editorial department.

      Cons

      No one communicates. Management is so delusional and will put the work on everyone else. Shelve life for employees is about a year..you'll go crazy if you stay longer. Company is not doing well and print will definitely never make a comeback.

      Ownership has tons of experience. Business growing fast. You can learn alot about publishing industry here. Try hard to satify employees.

      Cons

      Not enough communication. Competition is fierce between reps on leads. Need more cohesion in sales organization.

      Pros

      Not Many. Nice offices and location. Had a great product in northshore Magazine but is steadily declining due to ridiculous turnover and lack of leadership.

      Cons

      All the negative reviews here are spot on. Incredibly toxic environment, and definitely a misogynistic environment. Things will never change because owners will never change. Have burned through dozens of incredibly talented individuals and many are scarred by their experiences. No appreciation of talent and hard work, unless it would benefit their persona.
