Pros
The company will help you get your work permits, and ultimately your residency for free and their rates are competitive.
Cons
Sine they process all your paperworks, the process may be slow. They are a staffing agency, so they can pull you out or transfer you if needed. When they assign you, they dont really help in getting you settled in, my last 2 assignments, they just sent me a link to furnished finder or zillow.
