      Pros

      A lot of company events. Room for growth in the future.

      Cons

      Bad at giving feedback and performance reviews. HR will tell you that you get a bonus as a PE but you do not. You earn .6 days of PTO per month as a PE. Do not expect to have a mentor that sticks by your side.

      Demanding role with little room for growth

      Great community, great benefits, lots of overtime pay.

      Cons

      There was not a lot of diversity, which filtered down into personal conversations by employees. Very disorganized finance department.
