Honestly, the only pro can be the work experience and the fact that a person can learn life lessons like "how to cope up with pressure due to micromanagement"

Cons

Micro Management. No Ethics. The company needs to take time to recruit the right candidate instead of hire and fire frequently. Due to inefficiency this company cannot lead by example nor can inspire their staff.

They invest a lot of time in training their staff and the team is technically strong which is great exposure for individuals. Some of management staff are very nice, but have no say. They pay on time but will definitely rub it in your face like its a favor and not their only duty towards the staff. They do have great rapport with the distributors and product owners which helps the business and revenue.

Cons

The company treats its employees as slaves and there is no work life balance. You are expected to practically live and die for RNS. Compensation wise they are bad paymasters. The management team can compete for a contest in bragging which is their prime expertise. The work culture is very political, pressurizing and toxic. They are masters at exploiting the staff and a bunch of cheaters. The staff is pretty good but the management is toxic beyond belief.

difficult to cope up with these guys especially Dubai office leadership Micromanagement. I mean common if you don't have faith on your employee then why did you recruit. unethical and unprofessional behavior
