Great Potential, but classic example of weak and bad Management

Pros

Vast Product Portfolio to be able to address almost any customer need. Very talented and good people on staff

Cons

Absolutely the worst Management you can imagine. No skills of the business, or what is managed. Very poor human interaction skills. everybody feels #watched#, it is like having the KGB watching you all the time. Very low moral, as people are not empowered.

The medical benefits are excellent, second to none.

Cons

If you like to be micro managed and work in an environment where everyone backstabs you, the it is the right fit for you. Their is infighting among most groups and the communication is virtually non-existent. Their customer service is awful, they try to prove you wrong instead of work with you. Lots of turnover.

Unethical company. Before during and after the interview process I was misled on a number of different levels.

Great product that is manufactured in Germany. Company has a great reputation in the market place. Great Website. Publically traded company.

Cons

Unethical management. Was misled on numerous occasions regarding the responsibilities of the position and the compensation for the job function. Was not paid expenses incurred performing my duties. Was not paid commissions owed for sales before and after I voluntarily terminated my employment.
