Japanese company can have aspects of cultural nepotism, sometimes language can be a barrier, late nights for calls are often the challenge.

Senior Management team is known for micromanagement and mishandling people, and even uses abusive language. There is zero empowerment and all the decisions are taken without involving anyone. Its been run unprofessionally. There is no proper direction or strategy. Joining this company is the biggest mistake anyone can take. HR team just obeys the command of senior management. They literally goes and requests every employee to write good feedback in Linkedin about the HR team and company in exchange of some benefits.
