Best organization I have ever worked for!
Pros
All Management levels are approachable and sincerely interested in supporting me in any way necessary for me to be successful and meet the needs of our clients. The company is focused on customer and employee/team members' success before the bottom line. They fully realize that their client and team members' success will make the organization more effective and profitable in the long run. I have never been more supported in my career, not only by my direct manager but throughout the entire organization. The partners and executive management are not only approachable but eager to help everyone be their best!
Cons
I honestly don't have any that I can think of. While we are a virtual company dispersed around the country, Executive Mgmt and HR work diligently to have monthly meetings and holiday celebrations that include everyone virtually. They are a mix of updates to inform the entire organization, but also personable, with activities that are fun and bring everyone together despite being virtual.
