      A great company with a great culture!

      Pros

      We work in cross-functional teams (product+design+engineering+QA), where everyone has a say in what to do next or what approach or technology to use. No corporate nonsense, no dysfunctional Scrum, no silos. Also, super friendly colleagues!

      Cons

      People are expected to have ownership, make decisions, understand the business, speak up and be active. It's not for everyone and some people coming e.g. from software agencies didn't fit in because they expected to only deliver given tasks

      If you are ready to work hard, you can impact the whole company and its product.

      Cons

      If you want to do "just your job" and nothing extra, you should avoid this company. I don't mean spend more time at work, I mean do extra work to make the company better.
