Good, kind, funny people who generally care about their job and their work (Attempted) Team building and "family" feel as a small company privately held for over 2 decades

Cons

Management will look you in your eyes and lie to you. They are happy to tell you that you're the embodiment of the spirit of the company and then fire you without a chance for discussion Performative inclusiveness but when the chips are down will turn cutthroat and let the cream float to the top as the chocolate syrup sinks
