I've spent more productive hours on the toilet than I did working with/at/for ROK financial. Rates and programs are completely bogus.. Remember the mortgage bubble that burst in 07-08 and how mortgage companies were taking advantage of people and appraisers were over inflating the value of homes? Well this is very similar.. they're predatory lending and it's really sad.. Most business owners are smart enough to not take the ludacris rates and terms ROK offers (they're a broker), but yes they're padding to get extra $$, but it's just sad and I feel sorry for people who are desperate enough to have to use this sort of loan shark. Only a matter of time before a class action suite will be files. Mark these words.. It's not "if" it's "when". The inside people are shady too. There's a few good apples, but for the most part they're fast talking 70's used car salesman. Steer clear or waste your time and money.. and it cost a lot of money to work for ROK.. you'll spend more than you'll ever make.
