      Pros

      workers are nice, product is good, sales reps are nice.

      Cons

      "cult like" people move to other locations with out a trace. Not aloud to eat lunch with others. Very long hours for the pay. No guidance from management. Very boring in front office. Music is looked down upon. They tell you they will they will let you know if your doing something wrong, but they don't. They are not personal ever, will not talk about home life/ weekends. If I were you I would not take the job! There is better fits for you at a better company.

      Pros

      Brilliant culture and values that govern the company. Every day is fun, satisfying and full of exciting challenges. Extremely generous pay and benefits. Management are extremely friendly, caring, loyal and willing to listen! Great team, we all get on and work well together. Environment is vibrant and lively.

      There aren't any. Any difficulties I've ever had have been worked through immediately after I've made them known.
