Your feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you. Each perspective is important to us and offers an opportunity to reflect, evaluate and further develop our employee experience program. Although your experience didn't align with our core values and mission, we are grateful for your time with our team.
The Human Resources Director is professional and delightful. Flexible schedules and remote work were available.
Cons
Please be very careful working here after 90 days of job performance evaluation they have been known to let new hires go (terminated) for false accusations. Unfortunate work environment due to a lack of communication from management, no room for career advancement, no accountability, micromanaging, a horrible training process, and inappropriate behavior toward employees and clients.
I've been working at RPG for 9 months and I cannot overstate how pleasent my short time here has been. They have gone above and beyond to help me grow as a business professional. There is a great sense of teamwork and support from everyone. The managers/directors are incredibly appreciative of the hard work that you do which makes you want to work even harder. Coming from previously working in a large corporate office where hard work went unnoticed but mistakes were heavily scrutinized, it's been an absolute pleasure to work with such a collaborative, kind, appreciative, motivated team of individuals here at RPG. I am incredibly thankful and grateful to be a part of the team!
Casual dress code, great work environment, tons of support, a lot of company holidays & summer Fridays, benefits package is amazing, lots of snacks in the office
Cons
Parking is a bit of a challenge, you can park for free on one of the side streets close by the building but you are only allowed to stay in the same spot for 4 hours so you have to move your car at some point midday
