Pros

You can make a lot of money in cash each night and meet a lot of good hard working people who give good advice.

Cons

Car maintenaince will bite you in the butt if you don't keep up on top of it. Also some of the managers are a pain sometimes, but if you stay on the good sides of the GM's you will be fine.
