Pros
You fall into a consistent pattern of work that does take little effort. I can say as management I created an unbiased field with all my staff and worked with each and got to know them and understand how they perform.
Cons
At will employment. This company takes advantage of hard workers and expects perfection in areas (as an experienced aged laborer) that aren't required in the job description. Upper executives would prefer to make it harder on their per locale management and remove people for each bad review that may be pinned on them on any online platform that you may post one on than secure a formidable staff capable of performing all job duties efficiently. What this means is if you have a resting b-face, or harsh tone, you may be subject to termination. I would not recommend employment unless absolutely needed, and not for long if truly in need.
