Business outlook
Pros
It's a really small company, which can be a good and a bad thing. On the bright side, if you have good ideas and are willing to work to implement them, management will work with you to get them accomplished. It's a good opportunity to get some good experience with some great people.
Cons
It's not always a very organized environment. There isn't a lot of structure or guidance. They were going through a 're-branding' phase when I was there, which caused for some confusion with the direction of the company.
