      Good working atmosphere Stellar colleagues Wide variety of tasks Rapid assumption of responsibility (if actively pursued) Interesting clients Good work life balance Direct communication channels to the management

      Basically no monetary performance incentives Below average salary Training programme could be improved Some members of the management have a tendency to micro manage Not a high degree of diversity within the management

      - Nice clients - Young staff-base, most of whom are friendly - Some really good people in leadership positions, but isn’t consistent across business - Significant exposure due to small team - Brussels office is a recognised competitor

      Cons

      - Extremely low pay compared to competitors in the sector - Poor and incompetent leadership - Little recognition or incentive - Bad HR practices, including expecting staff to carry out office non-client admin - Low growth due to bad business accruement - Country offices are very small and badly managed
