Pros
RPR are not 'typical recruiters' like many of the other companies in Reading. They treat their staff like adults rather than beating them with KPIs. The work life balance is great, everybody understands their responsibilities and the team morale is the best I've witnessed in a recruitment environment. All employees are encouraged to provide feedback and it's great to see the management take it on board and make changes. You can earn great money here and you are never treated like a number. Appraisals are quarterly and promotions and pay rises are based on performance irrespective of how long you have been with the business. The training is great as is the management team. The benefits and incentives are also top notch. The company is growing fast and it's generally an all round great place to be. If you have are working in recruitment currently and are thinking that it isn't for you; then I suggest speaking with RPR and you'll see how much better this industry can be!

I'm yet to have any negative work or career related experiences here. We have a wheel of chance to decide who makes the coffee and I appear to lose that far too often!!
