Pros

Staff is kind and laid back. The company has a lot of connections with offices and companies in the K Street NW area of DC.

Cons

Seem to have very limited temp-to-hire opportunities. You often need to reach out to staff yourself to stay updated on current and future assignments.

Gives assignments (temp or temp-to-perm) to associates, depending if the associate is willing to take it for ends meet.

Cons

Lack of communication between the associate and management on providing assignments or temp-to-hire jobs. Assignments are "rare" and simply will ignore an associate looking for an assignment.

Fast turn around. Friendly staff. Great communication. Weekly paycheck. Relationships with great companies. Take qualifications and interests into account when looking for positions, even if temporary.

Cons

Large discrepancy between paycheck and what the company is paying RP. Not much follow up once placed with a company.
