Poor ethics, office managements, money hungry, forced to work in office during the covid when everyone is working remote.

I cant say anything good about it, exposing employee to risk of covid, by not allowing remote working,

Micromanager, promotes environment of fear, mistrust is bred from the top down, everything depends on owners mood of the day. Even when tasks are completed exactly as owner said they should be, he gets angry and denies giving those instructions, even when it’s in an email from him.
