      Medical Lab Technician

      Flexible hours, paid holidays and bonus checks by the end of the year.

      Cons

      There is no room for job advancement. The lab workload is very overwhelming with two medical lab technicians. There is no procedure in place to follow.All the instructions are orally given.

      Unorganized, stressful, underappreciated

      Pros

      Getting to know the clients and supporting them was the singular good thing about the job.

      Cons

      The companies leadership is unorganized and two faced. They preach about all the good things like inclusivity and appreciating their employees but they do not deliver. I have never felt so unappreciated. They pay is awful and when I asked for a raise I was denied.
