      Good company for fresh mechanical engineers interested in pursuing their career in manufacturing sector

      Freedom of work,Colleagues are very helpful,a fresh mechanical engineer will get to see and make improvements if necessary in various manufacturing processes.You will have an exponential career growth if you are able to prove what you worth.

      Cons

      Salary is not at par with industry standard and the attrition rate of the employees are very high. Favouritism is very high, you will get promotions quickly if you are able to impress your boss
