Pros

none (don't work here and get out while you can)

Cons

Unequal pay, nepotism, harassment, not family friendly, unethical, liars, lawbreakers... this is just to name a few. This company shouldn't even be in operation or contracted with anyone who calls themselves a good organization because RSC is taking them for a ride.

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

Everything. Over worked and under paid. Minimum PTO for anyone who does kiss managements butt (3 sick days and one week vacation). They expect you to work 50+ hours a week while they enjoy multiple vacations and are barely at the office. Upper management enjoys thousands of dollar bonuses while they gift the employees a $50 bonus and some cheap candy. They pay a family member for 40 hours a week that doesn’t even work there. People also LOVE to gossip (including owners and upper management) about employees and spread rumors. It’s like middle school but with adults.

Pros

I guess it's a good place to work if you like to do busy work.

Cons

Management will let abusive supervisors run wild recording employees without their consent, punishing employees for trying to take care of family commitments, and taking credit for projects other employees did. Technicians were allowed (and occasionally encouraged) to do work outside their scope, including work they were not licensed to do. Attempts to reach supervisors for clarity on tasks were regularly met with absolute silence. Employees were switched from one manager to another with no apparent reason regularly, causing confusion. Processes were needlessly complicated, and attempts to streamline processes were met with hostility (when there was any communication). Billing was regularly MONTHS behind, and offers to help with billing were also either met with silence or hostility. Employees' health was affected by the work conditions, and one employee was fired the day they were medically cleared to come back. It is a toxic company.
