      Churn and Burn

      Pros

      -Lots of hours and experience time as a trainee -Snacks if they are there

      Cons

      -Overbearing micro management -Expect to work 60-65 hours a week -Lack of trust from management -Inconsistent pay structure -Zero upward mobility- expect to be laid off as soon as your trainee hours are complete

      Pros

      Pay was decent but you had to work over 50 hours a week so really not that decent. In reality it’s minimum wage for exempt salary workers.

      Cons

      Owners changed the “promised pay” 3 times within 6 months. In the beginning they promised you’d make over 100k easily off their promised pay. By the 3rd time it went down to barely 70k. They went from caring about their employees to only caring about money. Don’t trust them.

      Snacks are nice and some trainers.

      Cons

      There was an excessive emphasis on micromanagement, which created a stressful and challenging work environment for many of my colleagues. Additionally, there were occasions where the workload felt overwhelming and led to employees working longer hours than was sustainable. No work-life balance, they will watch you on your social media, play mind games, send out new contracts to try and trap people, lie to everyone, and "let you go" with no notice. I would strongly recommend not working here.
