Great office setup if you're looking for a more upscale modern look

Cons

Leadership is despicable friends of friends that have been hired that do not have any people skills, Managerial skills and not enough knowledge of the Rail industry. As a result they Micro manage and have a very high turnover. Compensation isn't competitive it's a joke no opportunities for growth unless you're a friend of a friend..

They are trying to be agile, enough work to keep you busy, decent people, yearly raises, and free coffee

Cons

Extremely toxic, one employee really sours the experience, just got bought by Trinity Industries so they are adjusting to corporate culture, application is a mess but getting better, haven’t seen or heard anything about devs moving up.
