      Pros

      Employees are great and work very hard.

      Cons

      This company is not managed. It is the most mismanaged firm ever. It is a chaotic, energy depleting, demoralizing environment. There is talk of culture and values but there are none. It is only talk. They dont exist within the company. It is a facade. It is shocking that the company has clients and employees.

      Pros

      Just go there to get some experience in IT if you are obsessed for a job. It's full of tension and attitude in management. Do not trust them, they offer you $14 - $16 per hour and they offer you more after 3 month. But after three month they bring some excuses that to bring some certificates for them to increase your salary. There is no PROS in this company.

      Cons

      Every Friday, they have meeting and they throw someone under the bus. Every time someone is crying after meeting. During 12 moths of working, eight employees left.

      The yearly salary was competitive.

      Cons

      -The interview process was very lengthy and not communicated well. -The expectation in marketing or sales is that numbers will increase immediately after hire with very little time to let a strategy work. - There is a lack of real compassion when you make a mistake, even if you are very new to the team. - Decisions by leadership, such as layoffs, are made quickly and primarily out of fear of the economic rather than looking at data.
