Pros
Excellent clients and some highly skilled talent. Generally open door policy and many divisions have great leadership (but inconsistent management styles)
Cons
A staff pit and dog fight culture from lack of intrinsic talent mentorship. They preferred not to have coherent teams, but big pools of staff which is difficult to co-ordinate for workflow. Unless you could take on some aggressive leaders, your role was to keep quiet and put in the chargeable hours. Very difficult to create a positive team culture and implement efficiencies, as you would be reporting to bundles of people and not have a direct team to lead for deliverables. Not a good employer for diversity, family and work life balance, very much churn and burn. Not competitive for salaries beyond initial placement.
