      Very warm and friendly work environment where most people strive for a healthy work life balance.

      Cons

      Some (one lady in particular) higher ups are more interested in politicking and self image building. Creates for unnecessary and distracting drama at best, and a toxic work culture at worst. Disgusting behaviour.
