      Great company to work for as a company driver at owner operator

      Pros

      O/O always know what the load pays, rate sheet emailed to you before you deliver your previous load in most cases, rarely have a layover and never have a problem finding good paying loads, average length of haul is 1500 miles, They will work with you to meet your needs, they are everything the other companies claim to be, and they won't lie to you, and expect the same in return. There is no competition here, everyone gets dispatched the same and treated as a professional, the rest is up to you.

      Actually just a little common sense, if you don't tell them what you want to do they will run you till they are ready to send you home, lol

      They have Cool trucks and trailers.

      Cons

      Make you run illegal. 99% of the loads are overweight. If youre out of hours then they make you run on pc. If you dont then they cuss you out and belittle you. Wont get you home on time. Pressure you to leave on your hometime. Constantly disrespectful. All they care about is money. They dont care about the driver in the slightest. They want you to bring the truck to their shop but nothing ever gets fixed. If you dont feel safe driving in 6 feet of snow, they belittle and cuss at you.
