Business outlook
Pros
It is a design oriented small sized office and you have a chance to work in great cultural and mixed-use projects in China and sometimes beyond. A great place to get experience from concept to DD and CD. The director is inspiring and has a great feel of balance in his designs.
Cons
Long working hours, lack of management and poor communication with clients and with the LDI but thats not unusual in China. No BIM implementation yet.
