Cons
Strict on permitted working categories. Do not promote events or brand recognition to build creditability in certain markets. The country leader can be misleading in what he promotes as the role and working environment + very little accountability for errors. He has also promoted a high level of sales staff turn over in the last 24 months (4 in total). In the last 12 months, there has been zero team bonding or team building making it hard to build stronger relationships with team members. Each day can be challenging with strict guidelines on workflow and processes making the work flow slow paced.
