Lax environment, Casual Dress, Free Coffee, Free On-Site Gym, Free breakfast on Fridays

Cons

This was a first, I've never gone broke working for a company. This was also a very exclusive environment (never quite felt welcomed); Management had zero clue how to treat employees, zero training, was never ever explained how to make a bonus check, advised of always making 100 to 400k a year, but given no direction on how to do that; employee's work time was never valued. I'm sure that eventually they will figure out their bugs as they are a young company, but until then they are cultivating a culture or confusion and fear.

Pros

The co-workers were fantastic. RTG Medical did a great job of recruiting quality employees. The work environment was pleasant and co-workers showed respect and professionalism toward each other. There were many fun events at work and after hours. The exercise room and lounge were outstanding for a company of this size.

Cons

Turnover was huge and it was demoralizing for those left every time another person was fired or left voluntarily.
