Pressure from outside world increased

I have a rather impatient personality. Once, my work progress was slowed down. I was so anxious that I kept calling relevant colleagues, which affected their perception of me. After that incident, my boss reminded me to control my personal emotions and take other people's feelings into consideration. He suggested that once I realize that I am emotionally unstable, I must calm down before taking action. Now I am slowly learning to deal with things calmly.
