We at RTI Properties, Inc. work very hard to provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable home for all of our residents. We are available 24/7 to handle emergency maintenance issues as they arise. Cosmetic improvements are at the discretion of the property’s owners and cannot always be approved. Additionally, we hire and pay our resident managers in compliance with all federal and state employment laws including paying all employer taxes per the IRS code. What may look like a ‘free apartment’ to you meets all accounting and tax reporting requirements.
