Lack of accountability, if you are not from Winona then your opportunities are severely limited. Many people here could not hold an equivalent job anywhere else.

Management doesn’t work with you if you are going through a hard time ie: family problems, death in family etc if you have been there less than one year. Also management doesn’t tell you they don’t like your working style until your yearly review. They don’t promote within if they don’t like you on a personal level even if you are qualified.
