It's a job that has benefits and some of the coworkers are great.

Cons

There's constant turnovers, lack of training, members always closing accounts. There's no opportunity to advance

Boring, Pay Too Low, Opportunity to Move Up

Pros

It is a job, and they offer benefits to employees. They do actually hire from within so it is possible to move up here, unlike with many other employers.

Cons

Pay was way too low and the company culture was depressing. I never looked forward to work the next day. Coworkers were standoffish. The work was repetitive. Drudgery.
