The pay is well below what it should be for what they have us do. The turnover is high for a reason, the reps are all replaceable and management has no problem letting us know. The productivity expectations are high and unrealistic. The company tries to act like they care about the employees when in reality all they care about is how much money we can make them. You are not rewarded or even acknowledged for being a good, reliable and hard working employee.

Passive, inexperienced management that doesnt have a clue how to guide a team! Looking for a fast, unrealistic return on their investment in you, especially if they are paying you more than $16 an hour. They hire dozens of claims rep a month, so that they can cut you a few weeks after training if you do not live up to their ridiculous micro managing. They deal mainly with Medicaid claims, which most billing services will not touch or bother with for the low payments. Our weekly huddle was held once in two months, with the manager not confident enought to lead the group. Excruciating three week training, too much micro managing, old antiquated billing software. Do not work here!!!!
