      UK management not skilled enough to be in such high positions, nepotism at each role as it was a small company, lack of expertise led to closing the company

      First 6 month was great - Flexible working hours, Flexible remote working Decent bonus scheme

      But then everything changed - micro management was out of control sr management was completely out of touch and unreasonable with their expectations They weren’t valuing jr members of the team
