Individual engineers exhibit high level of innovation and technical skill.

Cons

Management inability over the past 15+ years to reward and invest in innovative technologies has resulted in the company clinging primarily to one aging technology (DECT). Instead of meeting the true needs of the market, RTX persists in positioning one square peg (DECT) into round holes. RTX is content to rely on a handful of long-term customers (that conveniently need the select technology expertise RTX has to offer).

Haven't had a pleasant experience not me not even my co workers, all have resigned.

Cons

Salaries are delayed by 3 to 4 months. Unprofessional attitude from the management. Make you don't sign the terms and conditions in haste , they don't disclose the important information if you don't ask the right questions. I don't recommend joining this company. Will only be frustrated and unsatisfied. Pay very less too.

Pros

The working environment, as a student worker, is quite good. There is a lot of help from colleagues. The on-boarding process is really nice, I was handed practical tasks my first day, and had all of the help I could need.

Cons

The payroll scheme seemed a bit weird, and not quite what I have been used to from previous employment, but I also didn't start at the beginning of a month.
