As a Last Resort It's Survivable
Pros
Some of the people that work here are pretty great to talk to throughout the day and the work isn't challenging on a day to day basis. Tuition remission and the number of vacation/sick days are the best benefits to working here and are the main reason they've kept so many of their employees this long. It's not a bad position to stay in temporarily and you'll learn some scientific procedures but it's not research and there is no room for upward growth.
Cons
Basically everything else about this place sucks. Management treats you like a slave and refuses to listen to any suggestions or complaints. There are a large number of upper positions filled with incompetent people that negatively impacts the work. The working environment is pretty poor and has lead to very poor moral.
