Pros

- Decent benefits - A good place to learn - If you are in a creative role you can sometimes be given a lot of freedom creatively that you would otherwise not experience with most brands.

Cons

The single most unprofessional environment I have ever worked in. The pay is awful and you will be grossly overworked. The culture is so toxic it escapes my ability to describe accurately in this format. It is a miracle that nobody has been seriously harmed, either mentally or physically, as a result of the behavior of the CEO and "leadership" at this company. It operates like a cult. You might have noticed that all of the 5 star reviews on here were written within 2 weeks of one another. This is because leaders were instructed to in a meeting. This company is looking for sycophants, not professionals. Avoid at all costs.

Pros

You get to increase your skill set quickly. Always lots of new products and projects coming down the pipeline. Opportunities to experience the sport of Wrestling in a unique way and really have an impact on the sport.

Cons

The company culture needs to change. High turnover. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews - they are written internally and are fabricated. Zero work from home policy. Toxic management style. subversive tactics within the office. Work life balance is zero. No care for employee mental well being. You are but a number to be replaced. Constant dollar sign over your head. Every creative aspect to your job will be standardized. So much potential to be a moving force in the sportswear industry - if they don’t change the culture, the company will fail. If you’re a designer (or person) who values yourself, your mental health, and your craft, avoid this place at all costs. This is coming from someone who went all in emotionally and physically when I was sold the idea of what this place says it is supposed to be.

Pros

If you do not prioritize your time outside of work and wish to align with the negative leadership practices at RUDIS then you will find a suitable environment here.

Cons

The leadership at this organization presents significant challenges that affect the overall work environment. Efforts to enhance company culture or address systemic issues seem to be met with resistance. This often leads to the perception that individuals proposing solutions are viewed as problematic. The hiring practices prioritize personality traits over relevant skills which results in a workforce that is not fully appreciated for their contributions. Their top performers express feelings of undervaluation especially when it comes to compensation. It is disheartening to see talented individuals striving for excellence while being compensated below their market value. This negatively impacts employee morale and mental well-being. There also seems to be a serious lack of work-life balance. Personal tragedies are publicly acknowledged in company meetings rather than treated with the sensitivity they deserve. Issues of professionalism have also arisen. Particularly one concerning a unaddressed relationship among management that many are aware of but choose to keep silent about out of fear of repercussions. This atmosphere of intimidation has fostered a culture where employees feel compelled to prioritize their job security over voicing concerns. This workplace demonstrates a troubling imbalance between its stated values and the experiences of its employees. The ongoing challenges significantly overshadow any positive aspects, creating an environment that many may find unwelcoming. It is advisable for potential employees to carefully consider these factors before making a decision to join this organization.
