convenient work location, good supportive colleagues, workplace culture promotes teamwork. patient management willing to hire and groom inexperienced candidates.

Cons

Old corporate systems, lean local teams adding to already challenging workload, have to undertake a lot of extra tasks, no control over appraisal review as individual performance heavily linked to business performance
